Tips How To Get Pregnant Fast!

Share
Knowledge of reproduction is very important, especially for newlyweds. Also for couples who have not yet been blessed with a child. Here are some tips that might be a reference.

Understand the Menstrual Cycle
Normally, the menstrual cycle occurs every 28-30 days. Woman’s body to release hormones that provoke an egg grows in the ovary between days 7 and 11th. They also help thicken the uterine wall hormones to get ready to be fertilized.

Women are born with about one million eggs, but only 300-400 will be released through ovulation.
Ovulation is the release of eggs that have matured in the womb and then walked toward the fallopian tubes for fertilization. This process usually occurs 16 days after the first day of the menstrual cycle or 14 days before the next menstruation.

Usually only one egg is released each month. Eggs walking down the fallopian tubes toward the uterus, where it is ready to be fertilized. The egg only lives about 12 to 24 hours. The sperm can live for about three to five days. Thus you can determine the approximate time of ovulation which will help you know when the right time to try for a baby.

Search Most Fertile Days
In general, most women are fertile during the days before and during ovulation. If you have a regular 28-day cycle, have sex every day around that day (12, 14, and 16) would be better. Do not have sex every day because it can lower male sperm count. Your cycle may be longer or shorter, so use an online ovulation calculator can help identify the possible day.

Find Your Ovulation Period
After the egg is released, the body releases the progesterone hormone to help thicken the uterine lining and maintain pregnancy. Progesterone causes the body temperature to rise slightly. Measure the temperature with a thermometer every morning before getting out of bed. Ovulation can also be tracked with urine tests.
Luteinizing Hormone (LH) increased when triggering eggs to be released from the ovary. Checking levels of LH in your urine can help you determine the day of ovulation. This urine test is more accurate than the temperature test.

Select Foods That Boost Ovulation
Choose foods with monounsaturated fats (like olive oil), vegetable proteins (soybean), and high-fiber, whole grains low glycemic foods (vegetables and fruits). Products with high fat content of milk (ice cream, milk and cheese) can help improve the fertility of women.

Maintain Your Weight
Weight affect fertility. Fat or thin can make it more difficult to become pregnant. A study of women found that people’s body mass index (BMI) above normal probably twice as long to get pregnant than those with normal BMI. Men who are obese are more likely to have low testosterone. 20 pounds overweight can increase the chance of infertility by 10 percent.

Age Affecting Fertility
Woman’s fertility began to fall around the age of 30 years old. If are 35 years and have spent a year trying to get pregnant, consult with your doctor.  Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) test can evaluate the reserve supply of eggs, which is one potential indicator for pregnancy.

The same condition occurs in males. At the age of 45 years, sperm counts and mobility (movement) usually decreases. How can one improve male fertility? Avoid stress, alcohol and cigarettes, watch your weight and eat foods with high zinc (found in meats, grains, seafood, and eggs), selenium (meat, seafood, mushrooms, cereals, and Brazil nuts) and vitamin E can enhance male fertility.
