1. Blueberry:   This fruit contains antioxidants and phytoflavinoids. Also high in potassium and vitamin C. By eating blueberries, you can reduce the risk of heart disease, cancer, prevent memory loss, helps lower blood pressure, and even helps fight wrinkles!
2. Salmon:  Salmon contain two types of Omega-3, including DHA, essential fatty acids that are good for pregnancy. Another benefit is to improve mood, fight depression, and can protect you from Alzheimer’s disease and cancer.
3. Dark Chocolate:  Who says you are forbidden to eat chocolate. You can just eat them, as long as you make sure the color is dark and of good quality. It contains antioxidants and may reduce the risk of stroke, low blood pressure, hydrate the skin, and sharpen one’s mind. Look for chocolate that has high levels of cocoa (cocoa beans) or more than 60%. The more dark the color, the better.

4. Tea:  The power of antioxidants contained in black tea is the same as in green tea. Namely containing ECGC (molecules contained in green tea), a powerful antioxidant that can fight heart disease and help prevent dementia, diabetes, and stroke. Researchers in Spain and the UK also found that ECGC can inhibit cancer cell growth. So, sipping tea each day will be very good for your health. In addition to the above benefits, this beverage can also help you burn more calories!
5. Soybean:  Benefits of eating soybeans are very impressive. A 2003 study reported in The Journal of the American Medical Association shows soy is useful for lowering cholesterol. Soybeans can be made to different dishes, food or beverages. For example, tofu or soy milk. But beware, if in your family have a history of breast cancer, it is not advisable to eat a meal made from soybeans.

It contains at least 11 vitamins and 14 minerals that are useful. Avocados are rich in protein, riboflavin (otherwise known as vitamin B2), niacin (otherwise known as vitamin B3), potassium (or more commonly known as potassium), and vitamin C. Avocados also contain fat that is quite high. But, you do not need to worry because the fat in avocados is similar to fat in olive oil which are very healthy. Fat contained in avocados is monounsaturated fat which has a positive impact in the body. Fat in avocados is also used in making soap and cosmetics.
7. Broccoli:  Housewives and single women are advised to always eat broccoli. This vegetable is proven to help prevent breast cancer by maintaining estrogen. Broccoli is rich in Vitamin C and A, fiber, folic acid, calcium, iron and potassium.
